I am now a blogger. I am not sure what that really is, but I can at least say I have a blog.
It was my birthday yesterday so I am now 37. Wow that sound so old.
I started running to change my life. I started in June of 2010 and have been faithfully running 2-3 times a week since then. I have ran two 5k runs and had a fun running both of them.
My next run in in November. My goal is to be lighter (loose some weight) and to run a new PR (personal record). That is all for my first post.
